Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic pricing, commercial strategy, product management, or portfolio management — ideally in biotech, biofuels, industrial solutions, or adjacent sectors.
  • Experience driving end‑to-end product lifecycle management, including market analysis, segmentation, performance monitoring, and data‑driven decisions on product investment, optimization, and rationalization.
  • Strong capability in value‑based pricing, commercial analytics, pricing tools, and strategic contract design.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional collaboration and influencing business decisions.
  • Excellent customer engagement and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ownership, agility, and proactive communication — ability to deliver on commitments, adapt to changing market signals, and keep stakeholders informed to ensure transparency and trust.

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the global product portfolio strategy, from positioning and pricing through lifecycle management and product rationalization, ensuring alignment with regional needs and commercial priorities.
  • Leading global strategic pricing, including value‑based pricing, price architecture, pricing governance, and ongoing price updates to maximize margin and market competitiveness.
  • Analyzing product performance in the market, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks, and translating insights into recommendations for improvements in pricing, product mix, or market approach.
  • Providing structured input to New Product Development (NPD) by communicating market requirements, customer needs, and competitive gaps to guide future innovation priorities.
  • Supporting global and regional sales teams, particularly for large contracts and strategic accounts, by advising on deal strategy, pricing strategy, value articulation, and product recommendations.
