In this vital role you will:

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Pharmaceutical Management, Biochemistry, Pharmacology or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Consultant - related occupation
  • The position requires 5 years of experience in the following:
  • PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint.
  • Creating executive-level presentations & reports.
  • Synthesizing and analyzing cross-functional information to guide decision-making.
  • Involved in pharmaceutical product lifecycle management, including early-stage development and commercialization.
  • Understanding market dynamics across therapeutic areas.
  • Congress coverage activities including summary of data presentations, booth presence and actionable insights.
  • May telecommute.
  • Position requires up to 15% of travel to various unanticipated worksites nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports.
  • Act as an advisor and thought partner to the SVP and their direct reports on key activities, and issues within the function
  • Support CMO leadership on developing insights-driven strategic roadmap, including capabilities, workforce strategy, and digital strategy
  • Develop organizational plans for implementation of functional/R&D/Corporate strategies
  • Lead or contribute to organizational capability build and transformational/process improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate functional goal setting process and track progress, results, and performance
  • Plan and implement agendas for regular CMO Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings to achieve the objectives of the organization
  • Partner with HR and Finance to effectively prioritize and manage organizational resources
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize cross-functional information across a variety of sources to turn unstructured business issues and requests into appropriate action plans and project that result in high quality, meaningful and actionable deliverables.
