Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant professional experience, Master’s degree with 4+ years, or equivalent experience in related fields
  • Experience in strategic planning, operations, project management, or related commercial functions
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and executive presentation skills
  • Experience in healthcare, biotech, or life sciences preferred, including contracts, pricing, and market access knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable results and measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic priorities across oncology, rare disease, trade, and channel teams
  • Lead operational planning, including forecasting, long-range scenario analysis, and quarterly operating cadences
  • Drive standardization of processes and platforms for contracts, pricing, and channel management
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, including launches, field enablement meetings, and training programs
  • Support leadership meetings with agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-through on commitments
  • Enable organizational effectiveness through culture, talent, and communication initiatives
  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform portfolio management and business strategy
