This role serves as a strategic and operational leader within a dynamic healthcare-focused organization, driving critical initiatives across multiple business units. You will partner closely with senior leadership to support decision-making, execute operational priorities, and ensure organizational alignment across complex, matrixed environments. The position requires a balance of strategic insight and hands-on execution, overseeing cross-functional projects, managing governance processes, and delivering actionable insights. Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree with 6+ years of relevant professional experience, Masterâs degree with 4+ years, or equivalent experience in related fields
- Experience in strategic planning, operations, project management, or related commercial functions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Experience in healthcare, biotech, or life sciences preferred, including contracts, pricing, and market access knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable results and measurable outcomes

Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic priorities across oncology, rare disease, trade, and channel teams
- Lead operational planning, including forecasting, long-range scenario analysis, and quarterly operating cadences
- Drive standardization of processes and platforms for contracts, pricing, and channel management
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, including launches, field enablement meetings, and training programs
- Support leadership meetings with agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-through on commitments
- Enable organizational effectiveness through culture, talent, and communication initiatives
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform portfolio management and business strategy
