About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Strategic Partnerships Technical Director in the United States. This role offers a high-impact opportunity at the intersection of technology, partnerships, and product strategy. You will serve as the centralized expert on technical integrations across multiple EHR systems, providing guidance and clarity to Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams. With responsibility for shaping workflows, evaluating APIs, and ensuring seamless integrations, you will directly influence user experience and platform scalability. This position requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, can manage multiple parallel workstreams, and delivers structure, speed, and technical insight across complex health system environments. Your work will accelerate time-to-market, improve clinician experience, and enable scalable growth across diverse EHR ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years working with EHR ecosystems such as Epic, Oracle/Cerner, athenahealth, or MEDITECH in integrations, workflows, or technical enablement.
  • Strong understanding of EHR workflows, interoperability patterns, APIs, and implementation constraints.
  • Experience influencing product and engineering teams without direct authority, providing clear guidance for integration strategy.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, managing multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical and workflow concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and motivated to improve speed, quality, and trust at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Product Managers to define and evolve cross-product EHR integration strategies.
  • Designing end-to-end workflows that ensure intuitive, reliable clinician experiences across multiple EHR platforms.
  • Serving as the escalation point for complex EHR workflow and integration decisions, providing guidance on trade-offs and feasibility.
  • Evaluating APIs, vendor services, and integration mechanisms, advising teams on constraints and optimal technical pathways.
  • Tracking EHR platform updates, releases, and dependencies to maintain clarity and reduce integration risks.
  • Acting as a central connector across Strategic Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to align workstreams.
  • Supporting scalable integration delivery, developing repeatable patterns and practices for long-term growth.
