About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead the development and expansion of our TSD partner ecosystem. This leader will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing high-impact partnerships that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer value. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that requires strategic thinking, relationship-building expertise, and strong business acumen.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances within SaaS, telecom, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships that generate significant business impact.
  • Strong understanding of unified communications, contact center solutions, or related technologies.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, growth environment.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Build and Manage TSD Partner Relationships: Identify, engage, and grow relationships with key technology, channel, and strategic partners that align with Broadvoice’s go-to-market and product strategy.
  • Develop and Execute Partnership Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive strategic partnerships roadmap that supports company growth and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure partnership initiatives are integrated into core business operations and deliver measurable value.
  • Negotiate Deals: Lead deal structuring and contract negotiations to ensure favorable outcomes for Broadvoice while fostering win-win relationships.
  • Measure Impact: Establish KPIs and track performance of partnerships to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
