About The Position

The Strategic Partnership Manager plays a pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing Lumibuild’s relationships with key industry players. Acting as the primary bridge between the organization and its most essential partners—including OEMs, distributors, contractors, and technology vendors—this role ensures that partnerships drive profitability, expand market access, and foster long-term collaborations aligned with Lumibuild’s national growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in channel management, partner success, or strategic business development within the technology or AV/IT sector.
  • Proven experience managing relationships with major hardware and software OEMs (e.g., Crestron, Microsoft, Zoom).
  • Strong understanding of the AV distribution model and procurement workflows.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures to identify key decision-makers.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Existing relationships within the executive or channel levels of major AV manufacturers.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking partner engagement and lead flow.
  • Understanding of rebate structures, MDF (Marketing Development Funds), and volume incentive programs.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and vendor agreement management.

Responsibilities

  • Scout, evaluate, and onboard new partners that align with Lumibuild’s business goals and product strategy.
  • Lead strategic engagement initiatives with high-focus partners such as Samsung, LG, Logitech, Crestron, QSC, Microsoft, Cisco, Shure, and Zoom.
  • Execute account mapping initiatives to identify mutual client opportunities and strengthen industry ties.
  • Manage the formal assessment and qualification processes for all new partnership opportunities.
  • Serve as the main liaison and primary point of contact between Lumibuild and strategic partner organizations.
  • Maintain consistent, transparent communication to build and sustain high-value professional relationships.
  • Coordinate training initiatives between partners and internal Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
  • Facilitate the exchange of product feedback, competitive insights, and co-marketing opportunities to drive mutual growth.
  • Oversee partnership activities to ensure strict adherence to Lumibuild’s Vendor Matrix, sourcing preferences, and pricing strategies.
  • Drive partner accountability regarding key commitments, including demo programs, training, beta access, and marketing collaborations.
  • Facilitate internal alignment across various departments for all partnership-driven initiatives and product launches.
  • Track and report on partnership performance metrics, rebate benefits, and co-sponsorship ROI.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for partner engagement, communication, and fulfillment workflows.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting Lumibuild’s reputation as a responsive, transparent, and high-value partner within the AV and UC ecosystem
