About The Position

Lemon Seed Marketing is seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Growth Manager to expand our network of industry relationships and turn those partnerships into meaningful opportunities for our clients and our company. This role is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with vendors, technology providers, consultants, and organizations that serve home service contractors. The ideal candidate will build collaborative relationships that generate qualified contractor leads, create joint marketing initiatives, and establish new revenue opportunities through Lemon Seed’s growing vendor ecosystem. This is a relationship-driven growth role designed to position Lemon Seed as a central connector within the home service industry. About Lemon Seed Marketing Lemon Seed Marketing is a branding and marketing strategy agency specializing in the home service industry. We partner with contractors across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, and roofing to build stronger brands and smarter marketing strategies. Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development
  • Identify and recruit vendors and organizations that serve home service contractors.
  • Build long-term relationships with technology providers, consultants, and industry partners.
  • Develop partnership opportunities that create value for Lemon Seed clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with strategic partners and explore collaborative initiatives.
  • Lead Generation Through Partnerships
  • Generate qualified contractor introductions through partner networks.
  • Coordinate joint campaigns, webinars, and educational opportunities that attract new contractor prospects.
  • Work closely with Lemon Seed leadership to convert partnership introductions into client opportunities.
  • Vendor Alliance Development
  • Help develop and manage Lemon Seed’s strategic partner network.
  • Coordinate collaboration between Lemon Seed and partner companies.
  • Ensure Lemon Seed clients receive access to trusted resources and tools through these partnerships.
  • Industry Collaboration & Marketing
  • Organize co-marketing initiatives with vendor partners.
  • Coordinate partner participation in webinars, podcasts, and events.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Lemon Seed’s influence within the contractor ecosystem.
  • Partnership Revenue Development
  • Identify opportunities for referral partnerships, affiliate programs, and sponsorship collaborations.
  • Help structure vendor relationships that create sustainable revenue streams while maintaining trust with clients.
