The Strategic Partnership Coordinator supports the administration and reconciliation of partnership programs, resolves insurance membership-related issues, and facilitates effective communication with vendors, partners, and in-gym teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Knowledgeable in Excel (will prepare and use spreadsheets to help track and analyze data).
Knowledgeable or to be trained in using Ignite/ABC as it relates to insurance members and other strategic partnership members.
Knowledgeable in Outlook for sending and receiving emails and Teams for internal communication.
Customer service communication skills.
Must successfully pass background check.
High level of professionalism and dependability.
Self motivated and driven in a hybrid work environment.
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude, even in high-pressure situations.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform administrative functions using ABC and Excel and learn basics of Welld and partner portals as needed.
Reconciliation of reporting, auditing and editing systems accordingly.
Support membership service functions including:
Resolve insurance audit issues
Correct invalid IDs
Address member check-in concerns
Communication with vendors, partners and gyms to resolve issues efficiently.
Work directly with our in-gym team members to assist and resolve outstanding insurance members and any other partnership member issues
