This position is a dynamic one requiring the ability to support a broad range of Strategic Partnership Management activities, including due diligence, ongoing oversight, reporting coordination, contract and covenant tracking, documentation management, and system maintenance across internal platforms. The Analyst provides operational, administrative, and analytical support to enable effective management of Strategic Partner (“SP”) programs in alignment with Bank policies, regulatory expectations, and contractual obligations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (business preferred) or 2 years of applicable experience in a consumer or commercial lending environment.
  • Background in vendor management, risk, compliance, or financial services is helpful.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products including SharePoint and Dynamics 365 (or equivalent CRM).
  • Smartsheet experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Project management skills to coordinate activities across programs.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills to gather/summarize broad and sometimes complex information, identify salient points and applicable of the information to multiple parties.
  • Interpersonal skills to build trust and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task prioritize both assigned and self-directed tasks.
  • A self-starter who is curious, proactive, and exercises good judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the SP team with cross-program activities and oversight functions.
  • Organize and help assess due diligence documentation, deliverables, and implementation requirements for new and existing programs.
  • Back-up point of contact for Strategic Partner Managers (“SPMs”) in the ongoing oversight of the respective Strategic Partnership Programs.
  • Track current, upcoming, and past-due reporting requirements for all partners, maintaining reporting requirements, routing submissions to the appropriate SMEs, and following up with SPs to obtain missing reports.
  • Ensure all documentation is saved within the Bank’s centralized document repository. Compare and contrast servicing reports and other metrics across programs and provide written and verbal summary of findings.
  • Support SPMs by reviewing open change requests and issues, identifying past due or inactive requests and working with the SPM to update and close out.
  • Support scheduling and preparation of internal and external alignment calls, governance calls, walkthroughs, ABRs, testing meetings, and other engagements as needed.
  • Track partner adherence to contractual covenants, including reporting, financial, operational, and compliance requirements; escalate gaps to SPM as needed.
  • Maintain and update Dynamics 365 (D365) records, including partner profile details and program attributes.
  • Maintain Confluence pages, ensure proper storage and organization of materials across internal libraries.
  • Maintain internal Smartsheet workflows and reporting dashboards; Smartsheet experience preferred but not required.
  • Assist SPMs in preparing materials for monthly oversight reporting, annual business reviews (ABRs), Board reporting, and internal management requests.
  • Become familiar with program characteristics, partner operations, and relevant regulatory requirements applicable to Strategic Partner programs.
  • Assist with activities related to the broader vendor management program as needed.
  • Lead or participate in specific projects or initiatives or assist Strategic Partnership Managers as necessary.
