We’re hiring a Strategic Partnership Account Manager to own and grow enterprise employer relationships after initial launch. You will manage a portfolio of employer partners, driving sustained engagement, launching repeatable campaign initiatives, and generating measurable employee utilization over time. This role requires strong ownership and operational rigor, along with a proven ability to drive outcomes within a defined book of business. You will lead strategic planning conversations, coordinate cross-functional execution, and ensure each partnership delivers clear, measurable impact. You’ll operate as the commercial owner of your accounts: protecting retention, increasing engagement depth, expanding campaign scope, and translating employer commitment into sustained employee starts.
