About The Position

You will lead commercial ownership and strategic success for high-value fintech accounts serving millions of users. This role balances revenue growth, NRR tracking, and executive advisory while navigating complex regulatory and technical landscapes. You will act as a primary bridge between product, marketing, and GTM teams to drive platform adoption.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in account management or partner success within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Proven ability to manage complex B2B2C relationships and navigate high-growth environments with a builder mentality.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills to influence senior leadership at top-tier financial organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end commercial relationship, including renewals, expansions, and hitting NRR/GRR targets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product and Support to navigate complex technical integrations and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive-level stakeholders at major fintech institutions to drive long-term partnership value.
