About The Position

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a technical bridge between sales and product, driving adoption for a mission-critical reliability platform. You will lead high-impact technical demonstrations, manage complex proof-of-concept projects, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure customers successfully integrate with our APIs and core infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or solutions engineering role within the SaaS or DevOps space.
• Strong technical proficiency with the ability to build prototypes and hack with APIs and modern developer tools.
• Exceptional storyteller with the ability to translate complex technical features into clear business value.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver compelling technical demonstrations that showcase value to senior engineering stakeholders.
• Own and manage the end-to-end Proof of Concept (POC) process to ensure successful technical validation.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and build custom API integrations.
