About The Position

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in business development, sports, media, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

  • Experience presenting key issues and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Experience evaluating content across the sports content spectrum, including live rights, highlights and library content across platforms, including linear television, broadcast stations, direct-to-consumer offerings, and advertiser supported platforms.
  • Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the relationship manager for our current existing agreements.
  • Help realize and optimize value from these partnerships while building effective long-term relationships.
  • Engage with several internal cross-functional teams to drive the success of YouTube's Global Media Partnerships, including Product, Finance, Marketing and Legal.
  • Analyze, negotiate and support partnerships with top sports properties across YouTube products, including AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, PPV, FAST and Pay TV business services.
  • Manage and push projects forward in a timely manner with rigorous organizational and project planning skills.
  • Pinpoint issues and brainstorm solutions for partnership structures and agreement negotiations.
