Be Part of the Story as the Strategic Operations Manager – Disney Store Business Operations! This role will support the development and execution of initiatives that enhance operational performance, streamline processes, and drive alignment across the global and regional teams within The Disney Store. Acting as both a strategic thought partner and a hands-on operator, this role will help translate business needs into actionable plans, support change initiatives, and ensure consistent documentation, communication, and follow-through. The Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Merchandising & Buying, Site Merchandising and Operations, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology to support the transformation and growth of the business. This role will partner directly with the Senior Manager to help build and maintain an integrated view of operational excellence, evolution, and best practices across the organization. The Manager will need to possess the flexibility to work with a wide range of organizational cultures, processes, and approaches. This role blends operations management skills with project/program management, people management, and collaboration skills. This role reports to the Sr Manager, New Business Operations. This is a Full Time role.
