As a Strategic Onboarding Manager, you will own the onboarding experience for large, complex enterprise customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding organizations through both the technical implementation and the organizational change required for a successful Hoxhunt launch. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Technical teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales through onboarding and into long-term success. In parallel, you will help evolve and scale Hoxhunt’s enterprise onboarding frameworks to support continued global growth. This is a senior, highly visible role for someone who thrives at the intersection of enterprise technology, stakeholder alignment, and transformation.
