The Infrastructure Construction and Asset Management (ICAM) team, a component of the broader AI2 organization, is responsible for overseeing Google's off-site infrastructure, inventory land development, and both leased and owned data center assets. This includes construction and delivery of off-site infrastructure projects, administration and management of leased obligations, land development, and management of inventory properties. As a Strategic Negotiator and Portfolio Manager, you will work with the land acquisition team and other cross functional project teams to ensure that owned land assets complete all required pre-data center construction development activities to meet the requirements of the Asset Supply Plan Of Record (APOR) for data center capacity delivery, which includes delivering sites at the time, cost, capacity, and with the characteristics as required, ensuring the ability to construct reliable, scalable, and cost-effective data center capacity. You will serve as the main site lead post-site acquisition through end of life for relevant site activities, maintaining and facilitating internal and external relationships necessary for continued development and operational success. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $144,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
