FSU Panama City is seeking a dynamic and creative Strategic Marketing & Recruitment Coordinator to support campus-wide recruitment and marketing efforts. This highly collaborative position works directly with all members of the Office of Advancement, as well as Enrollment Management, to ensure marketing strategies are data-informed, targeted, and aligned with university brand standards and enrollment goals. The role is ideal for a team-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating across multiple functions to achieve shared outcomes.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.)

Nice To Haves

  • Graphic design and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms (social media management, Google Ads, analytics tools).
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret data, track ROI, and make informed recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment-focused marketing strategies in partnership with Admissions and the Director of Advancement.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns (social media, Google Ads, and web-based platforms) that generate inquiries, leads, and applications.
  • Support and guide social media planning, posting, and student engagement activities under the direction of the Public Relation, Publications and Writing Manager.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics; prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update recruitment-related content across the FSU Panama City website and digital platforms in collaboration with the website manager.
  • Assist with signature recruitment events, including Preview Day, New Student Convocation, program showcases, and transfer outreach.
  • Collaborate with creative staff to ensure consistent messaging and strong branding across all marketing materials.
