We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to lead growth within our Supplies and Equipment division, with a strong focus on eCommerce. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, someone who can see the big picture while also rolling up their sleeves to bring campaigns to life. In this role, you will set the direction and drive the execution of omni-channel marketing initiatives that connect with educators, librarians, and institutions across K–12, public libraries, and higher education. You will play a key role in ensuring our products and solutions reach the people who rely on them to create engaging, effective learning environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce marketing, category marketing, or campaign management
  • Proven success driving revenue through multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience managing promotional calendars and seasonal campaignsStrong understanding of omnichannel environments, including both digital and print (catalog experience is a plus)
  • Ability to collaborate across teams including Product, Creative, and Performance Marketing
  • Experience working in product-driven or SKU-heavy environments preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
  • Excellent organization and project management skills with attention to detail
  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for using insights to drive decisions

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for assigned product categories, with a focus on driving eCommerce growth and revenue
  • Develop and manage a seasonal promotional calendar aligned to business priorities, product strategies, and key demand periods
  • Create and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across eCommerce, catalogs, email, onsite merchandising, and paid media
  • Partner closely with product, pricing, and sales teams to align on priorities, promotions, and assortment strategies
  • Bring our categories to life through compelling storytelling across both digital and print channels
  • Collaborate with external partners to amplify campaigns while maintaining ownership of strategy and performance
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns using key performance metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, and revenue
  • Identify growth opportunities using customer insights, historical performance, and market trends
  • Serve as the marketing lead for your category, ensuring alignment and clarity across cross-functional teams
