ABOUT THIS JOB The Strategic Marketing Communications Specialist supports the development of compelling print, digital, and social media assets that advance initiatives to support hospital & tissue development, donation awareness & advocacy. This role translates complex and sensitive subject matter into clear, empathetic, and action-oriented communications that build trust, awareness, and engagement across channels. Your work will have purpose every single day, contributing directly to life-changing outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS or BA); in Graphic Design, Digital Production, Communications, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in print and digital content creation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective oral, written and presentation communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Creative storytelling
  • Content skillset
  • Tech digital skills

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of experience in print and digital content creation for cause marketing, nonprofit or healthcare

Responsibilities

  • Content Development: Create print, digital, and social media assets, including brochures, one-pagers, reports, email content, web updates, campaign toolkits, and social graphics
  • Content Management: Create, edit, and manage engaging and high-quality content, including articles, blog posts, press releases, copywriting, infographics, videos, scripts and more.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, researchers, and medical professionals to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content. Manage content creation from ideation to publication, adhering to editorial calendars and deadlines. Optimize content for SEO, ensuring that all content is discoverable and drives organic traffic to our digital platforms. Monitor industry trends, healthcare advancements, and emerging technologies to incorporate timely and relevant topics into content.
  • Content Review: Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and style consistency. Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and messaging. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience. Analyze content performance using relevant metrics and insights to continuously refine the content strategy. Stay up to date with content marketing and evolving digital platforms
