About The Position

ProSidian Seeks a Strategic Marketing and Communications Consultant | Strategic Communications and Campaign Development [DOA0016015] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located Fort Bragg, NC Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting support services that supplement Soldier readiness and the well-being of the Army Family. Seeking Strategic Marketing and Communications Consultant candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as DOA. This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Strategic Communications and Campaign Development Functional Area Professional - Public Messaging Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Public Messaging (Strategic Marketing and Communications Consultant) in the DOD/Military Industry Sector focusing on Program / Project Management Solutions for clients such as Department of Army (DOA) | Fort Bragg Army Community Service (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Generally Located In Fort Bragg, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

Requirements

Strong background in marketing or communications.
Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, or Graphic Design.
3+ years of relevant experience.
Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, writing/editing.
Creativity, clarity, mission-driven messaging.

Nice To Haves

relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal)

Responsibilities

Develop flyers, QR-linked forms, campaign posters.
Design strategic messaging and promotional materials.
Analyze engagement data to improve messaging.
Supports Outreach Coordinator for events.
Provides materials for Training Specialist sessions.
Aligns with Data Analyst for campaign reporting.
