Strategic Initiatives Lead

About The Position

The Strategic Initiatives Lead is a hybrid strategy and execution role designed to accelerate progress on MICC’s most complex, cross functional priorities. This role is intentionally designed for a high capacity generalist who thrives in ambiguity, can rapidly synthesize diverse inputs, and exercises strong judgment in determining how, where, and with whom to activate ideas. Unlike traditional strategy roles that conclude at recommendation, this position emphasizes end to end ownership—from framing the problem through executional mobilization. Why this role exists: As MICC’s work increasingly spans strategy, innovation, and execution, this role addresses a growing gap: dedicated talent focused on turning important ideas into coordinated action. In this role, you will advance high-profile projects that drive customer outcomes and business growth, including but not limited to: • Growth acceleration initiatives that span marketing, product, distribution, and technology • Competitive and market positioning efforts that require translating external intelligence into internal strategic action • Emerging strategic topics where early framing and focused attention can materially shape how the organization responds • Assessment and shaping of strategic partnership opportunities
