About The Position

As a Strategic Growth Senior Manager you will partner with MCM (Moloco Commerce Media) customers to help them build out a retail media business. You will lead customer relationships with large retailers and marketplaces, functioning as the product and go-to market expert, educating and advising on business setup and growth, retail media strategy, campaign management and optimization, and how to scale a retail media business.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience, ideally gained at a strategy consulting firm and/or Ad-tech company
  • Tech industry and performance advertising/Ad-tech experience, with hands-on exposure to campaigns and/or client accounts. Retail media experience and/or exposure preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills to build trustworthy relationships with customers, including comfort presenting to senior stakeholders with support as needed.
  • Great co-working skills with multiple stakeholders to accomplish business goals, including cross-functional partners (e.g., Product, DS, Engineering).
  • Experience managing and executing strategic programs and workstreams; exposure to larger programs is a plus.
  • Excellence in problem-solving, logical and out-of-box thinking to meet customer needs, knowing when to bring in senior partners on highly ambiguous topics.
  • Rigor with data (exposure to ML-based products is a plus), including comfort using dashboards and analyses to inform recommendations.
  • Experience or interest in understanding ML and AI products and communicating value and outcomes to stakeholders in simple, business-friendly language.
  • Comfort working in a 0-1 environment with willingness to embrace ambiguity and iterate with guidance from leaders and peers.
  • Ownership and passion for continuous growth and creating real value for your customers, team, and Moloco.
  • Detail oriented, and yet willing to embrace ambiguity and balance details with the bigger picture.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-growing global company, with appetite to grow into increasing scope and responsibility over time.

Responsibilities

  • Enable our retail and marketplace customers to be successful by growing their ads business; crafting GTM strategies with our MCM clients to help drive incremental ad revenue growth.
  • Identify growth levers and product improvement opportunities.
  • Build and manage strategic customer partnerships with deep understanding of customer verticals.
  • Educate business users and advertisers on performance ads values and operations.
  • Identify actionable growth initiatives and execute flawlessly to achieve goals.
  • Enable decision-making with a data-driven strategy and valuable insights.
  • Translate complex data analysis into simple language for clear communications.
  • Capture customers’ needs and devise optimized and productive solutions.
  • Lead multiple customer meetings and regular business reviews.
