About The Position

The Strategic Growth and Sales Analyst plays a key role in driving enterprise-wide growth across the Global Infrastructure (GI) Pillar. This position is responsible for developing methodologies to track progress against Strategic Plan 2030 (SP30) and delivering quarterly performance updates to business leaders across brands, sectors, and regions to ensure alignment with long-term goals. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of growth dynamics within a global, matrixed AEC environment. The Analyst will apply advanced analytical capabilities to evaluate client portfolios, assess business mix (e.g., advisory vs. design; design-build vs. direct client services; prime vs. subconsultant), adapt CRM models to support a range of organizational structures, and analyze pipeline health and sales performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in the professional services industry, with AEC experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Power BI, and enterprise reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience in strategic pipeline analysis, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Growth Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor performance metrics across brands, sectors, regions, and practices against SP30 targets. Communicate performance trends and insights to leadership to support timely, strategic decisions. Support tracking of sales activity within the CRM system, as needed.
  • Strategic Insights through Pipeline & Portfolio Analysis Partner with Business and Finance leaders to assess client portfolios, sales efficiency, and financial performance to support portfolio optimization. Conduct medium- and long-term pipeline analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic gaps.
  • Growth Opportunity Management Collaborate with Pursuit Teams to identify and track GI Pillar Key Pursuits that represent transformational opportunities. Maintain visibility into major Selected Not Booked (SNB) opportunities, follow-on work (change orders, addendums), and accessible backlog through on-call contract mining. Support consistent and accurate growth forecasting across the business.
  • Data Integration & Process Improvement Work with Operations, Finance, and IT to align CRM and ERM data for accurate performance reporting and forecasting. Contribute to system and process enhancements to improve data quality, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Business Planning & Budget Support Assist in the annual business planning cycle, including sales target development, budgeting, and investment prioritization. Provide analytical insights to support resource allocation and long-term growth planning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Support the development of tracking systems for collaborative pursuits and projects spanning Sectors, Brands, the GI Pillar, and the broader Sidara Group.
