About The Position
In this role, you will serve as a key financial and strategic partner within a dynamic lending business unit. You will drive financial planning, performance tracking, and scenario analysis to support data-driven decision-making and business growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teamsâincluding Product, Marketing, Sales, Pricing, and Capital Marketsâyou will provide insights on investment, funding, and pricing strategies. This position combines analytical rigor with strategic influence, enabling you to shape long-term initiatives while optimizing day-to-day financial performance. You will prepare executive-level reporting, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and ensure alignment between operational execution and financial objectives. This role is ideal for a finance professional seeking a high-impact position in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, investment banking, management consulting, or similar finance roles; Big 4 experience preferred
- Experience with capital markets, funding strategy, or debt structuring in a lending or financial services environment
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience supporting pricing strategy, unit economics modeling, and customer profitability analysis
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Act as the Finance Business Partner for a lending business unit, delivering strategic and analytical support to drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on investment, funding, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives to align financial objectives with operational priorities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive short-term and long-term financial plans, including scenario modeling and ROI analysis
- Track key business metrics such as unit economics, CAC/LTV, revenue recognition, and channel performance
- Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making
- Support capital allocation, pricing strategy, and funding strategy while monitoring emerging risks and opportunities
- Contribute to operational efficiency and long-term growth initiatives through strategic finance workstreams
