You will act as a critical bridge between business intent and operational reality, collaborating with senior leaders to build frameworks that track progress against our KPIs and OKRs. The ideal candidate is a versatile and technically proficient problem-solver who can navigate the Capital One landscape with ease. You will oversee complex change management processes to ensure our team is operationally ready and that we proactively mitigate risks.
