About The Position

As the Strategic Consultant you will be responsible for executing the Document & Data Management Services strategic roadmap, leveraging technology to maximize impact for our customers and achieve key business objectives. You will harness operational data, and insights from our Voice of the Customer (VOC) experiences, collaborating with internal teams and business partners, to identify opportunities and develop actionable solutions. Your work will focus on enhancing business processes, improving employee engagement, overseeing change management initiatives, and fostering open communication across the organization. Requirements

5+ years of experience in strategic consulting, organizational development, business consulting or Operations.
3+ years of vendor management and contract negotiation.
5+ years of experience in managing cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technical teams.
5+ years of experience in developing and implementing long-term strategies and initiatives.
Due to the nature of this position, as a part of our background check process, candidates must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check to quality as a fingerprinted person under FINRA.

Bachelor’s degree is preferred and relevant certifications a plus.
7+ years of experience in strategic consulting, business consulting, or a related role.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

Responsibilities

Support technology and process improvement projects of varying scope.
Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance gaps, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Oversee vendor governance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Championing proactive risk management, seamless transitions, and business continuity planning
Position the organization for resilience, scalability, and long-term success
Facilitating workshops and guiding leaders through organizational change with clear communication and adoption strategies.
