Here, you’ll use your skills and experience to design, develop, produce, and advise on a variety of communication materials and media that supports your client's talent planning and people strategy. As a communications specialist on our team, you’ll use creativity and strategic thinking to manage the client's communications from start to finish. You'll take the lead on communications planning and implementation for organization-wide initiatives and campaigns, event planning, execution, on-site photography, and advertising, and steady-state comms that include a workforce newsletter and writing ad hoc articles. You'll also develop executive communications products, including presentations and briefing materials, and lead regular meetings with communications specialists across components. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a professional work environment
  • 2+ years of experience in a communications role
  • Experience supporting the Intelligence Community
  • Knowledge of communications best practices and standards
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, develop relationships with senior leaders and colleagues, work effectively in a team environment, and learn new skills as the job requires
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to shoot and edit videos and edit photos
  • Ability to create original infographics using Adobe InDesign
  • Master's degree
