Responsibilities

• Develop executive briefings, talking points, and communication materials
• Support strategic communication planning and execution
• Create reports, white papers, and outreach materials for workforce programs
• Coordinate messaging across stakeholders and organizations
• Support digital communication efforts including web and social media content
• Assist in planning and executing outreach and engagement initiatives
• Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging with organizational priorities
• Experience supporting executive communications in DoW or federal environments
• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills
• Experience developing strategic communication plans
• Ability to work directly with senior leaders and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
