Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in a professional services firm or 10+ years in private industry with relevant operational, technical, or advisory experience
  • Proven ability to scope, plan, budget, and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring teams and managing client relationships
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, capable of communicating complex concepts to executives and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and emerging collaboration or AI-enabled tools
  • Knowledge of process improvement, change management, facilitation, and strategic planning

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and architecture of client solutions, translating requirements into clear statements of work
  • Oversee multiple project plans, set milestones, identify risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Mentor and develop team members, promote knowledge sharing, and build advisory and consultative skillsets
  • Implement methodologies, processes, and quality controls to support operational excellence, process improvement, and change enablement
  • Apply root cause analysis to assess issues and propose solutions aligned with client objectives and long-term outcomes
  • Support business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise and credibility in client engagements
  • Manage consultant capacity to balance delivery, advisory services, and business development priorities
