Design and implement scalable GenAI and Agentic AI testing frameworks, including validation of model behavior, prompt performance, accuracy testing, and end-to-end evaluation of AI-enabled workflows. Design and operationalize onshore / offshore operating models by establishing clear engagement practices, pipeline management, communication cadences, and handoff expectations to ensure effective cross-time zone collaboration. Build strong partnership with offshore counterparts to facilitate ongoing prioritization and capacity discussions, jointly shaping and evolving the operating model over time. Manage ongoing engagement with business, risk, and control partners for AI-enabled workflows in production. Consolidate testing outcomes, performance metrics, and issue remediation efforts into clear, decision-ready materials for leadership and stakeholder socialization. Design, build, and oversee sustainable program-level performance updates that showcase key metrics, progress, and impacts. Create and maintain materials that create visibility into program activities, reinforce accountability, and facilitate decision making. Communicate updates on project timelines and report key milestones to stakeholders and internal leadership. Establish and shape governance frameworks designed to support prioritization decisions and manage program risk. Foster a culture that values diverse perspectives, bold thinking, and relentless improvement. Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives with a focus on operational efficiency and technology enablement. Experience implementing or managing onshore/offshore delivery strategies is a plus. Experience designing and governing technology testing frameworks (Generative AI and/or Agentic AI experience preferred but not required). Exceptional communication and story-telling skills to articulate vision, drive alignment, and inspire change. Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial spirit. Comfort operating in ambiguous, dynamitic environment; able to connect dots and make sound decisions based on disparate information. Ability to deliver engaging, informative, well-organized requirements and concept designs. Proven ability to gain consensus across multiple teams to help drive execution, informational gathering and manage expectations. Strong business analytical and logic skills. At least 9.5 years of relevant experience across work and higher education Bachelor's Degree required. Familiarity with change management, and program governance structures in large matrixed organizations. Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to define complex business problems, synthesize data, and provide and execute tactical and strategic solutions. Experience with Agile or application development methodology for technology projects is a plus. Knowledge of Software development life cycle (SLDC) and understanding of Product Management software such as JIRA is a plus. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
