Experience selling services such as staffing, workforce solutions, HR, payroll, insurance, consulting, or similar preferred. Demonstrated ability to prospect and build relationships from the ground up. Exposure to proposal development, RFP responses, or structured sales processes preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered. Technical Proficiency Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required. Experience using Salesforce for pipeline tracking, opportunity management, and reporting strongly preferred. Experience using ZoomInfo or similar prospecting and data platforms required. Working knowledge of automation tools such as Zapier preferred. Experience using CRM systems, proposal tools, and sales enablement platforms required. Comfort learning and adopting new business development technologies and software tools quickly. Performance Expectations Build and maintain a national pipeline of new business opportunities. Support proposal efforts and client pursuits aligned with company growth strategy. Contribute to new account development and revenue growth initiatives. Strengthen A & Associates’ national presence through strategic relationship development. Compensation Base salary range : $65,000 – $75,000 annually. Bonus opportunities tied to performance, contribution to revenue growth, and business development milestones.
