As a Strategic Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in expanding Everway’s reach by identifying and developing new, existing, and alternative sales channels. You’ll partner closely with internal teams to grow our market presence and help shape how our solutions are brought to customers. You’ll be supported by business specialists, product managers, and marketing, while also collaborating across the wider organization to ensure a thoughtful and effective market approach. Your sales style is consultative, strategic, and value-driven. You build trust quickly, listen actively, and know how to navigate conversations with a range of stakeholders across different levels of an organization. You’re both persuasive and thoughtful in your approach, with a strong focus on long-term relationships. This is a results-oriented role for someone who is proactive, forward-thinking, and motivated to make an impact. You’ll engage with both internal and external stakeholders daily, driving customer engagement and new business acquisition. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of winning new business and managing the full sales cycle. Travel will be required as needed. This position supports the state of California, and candidates should be based on the West Coast.
