About The Position

At Hilti, our Business Developers drive the expansion of new markets and opportunities. In this role, you'll develop and execute account strategies for large, complex customers, building multi-level relationships and securing specifications for key projects. Acting as the primary contact for major accounts, you'll negotiate agreements, coordinate global resources, and influence stakeholders to create long-term value. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or related field required
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience working with engineering firms, large accounts, sales, field engineering, sales management, business development, or equivalent required
  • Demonstrated ability to develop account strategies for assigned key accounts
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to develop long term account strategies
  • Strong conceptual thinking skills and the ability to utilize creative and innovative approaches in problem-solving
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High degree of organizational awareness and ability to navigate organizational matrix to leverage resources
  • High level of motivation and customer focus, continuous improvement mentality required in a fast-paced results-oriented environment
  • Ability to influence a broad range of stakeholders
