About The Position

GENERAL INFORMATION Position Title: Strategic Analyst Department: Corporate Reports to: CEO Purpose of the job Major Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Partnership & Analysis Partner with the CEO to develop, track, and execute strategic priorities, ensuring clear communication and accountability across leadership. Conduct research and analysis to support corporate strategy, business development opportunities, and long-range planning. Prepare executive summaries, financial models, and scenario analyses to support decision-making at the CEO and Board levels. Support preparation for investor meetings, Board presentations, and strategic reviews. Operational Execution Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, off-sites, and leadership team agendas; ensure effective follow-through on action items. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, R&D, Quality, MFG, Clinical, and Non-Clinical teams to align goals and timelines. Support execution of high-priority programs, special projects, and partnership initiatives. Executive Support & Operations Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, correspondence, and meeting logistics with precision and confidentiality. Prioritize and manage an evolving list of tasks, projects, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO. Draft and edit correspondence, communications, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Serve as the point of contact and liaison between the CEO and internal/external partners. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and communications. Communication & Leadership Alignment Serve as an extension of the CEO to ensure consistent messaging, internal communication, and organizational alignment. Draft and review key communications, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Build strong relationships across departments to foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) in business, life sciences, or engineering preferred.
  • 2-5 years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or corporate development, preferably within biotech, pharma, or medical device industries.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen; comfortable building models and interpreting complex data sets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize and present information at the executive and Board levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to build trust, influence without authority, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Curious and forward-thinking, with a desire to deeply understand the business, ask insightful questions, and anticipate needs before they arise.
