Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, data analytics or a related field required.
• Experience with data analytics preferred
• Experience with contract review preferred.
• Valid and current driver's license required.
• Skill analyzing and organizing work.
• Skill with verbal and written communication.
• Skill developing and maintaining working relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Knowledge of contract administration.
• Knowledge of research principles and practices.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate and present information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to understand the needs of assigned departments.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to travel to various locations in the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data with standard statistical/financial methods, interpreting the results, and providing written summary of data analysis to assist VAT Team Leaders and Chairs in presenting data to facilitate the decision making process.
• Conduct market research for products and services relevant to departmental operations.
• Work with departmental contacts to support Strategic Sourcing Specialists in Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
• Proactively managing GPO contract enrollment and basic contract renewals.
• Contract data entry into Workday and PO issuance for non-consumable contracts (i.e. capital equipment, service, software, consulting services, etc.)
• Assist Strategic Sourcing Specialist(s) and Clinical Value Analysis Manager(s) in developing and maintaining multi-year initiative pipeline planning efforts.
• Support Strategic Sourcing Specialist(s) and/or Clinical Value Analysis Manager(s) in cross functional projects related to implementation and conversion of products/services.
• Develop and maintain contract compliance reporting and/or dashboards in alignment with supply contracts.
• Ensure proper communication related to project status occurs in a timely manner.
