This role exists to develop, manage, and expand strategic partnerships that support HC3's growth, market presence, and ability to deliver value to clients. The desired impact is increased revenue, market expansion, and enhanced brand recognition through high value alliances with technology vendors, consultants, associations, and financial institutions.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development - Identify and pursue partnership opportunities aligned with organizational strategy and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for partner relationships and facilitate recurring business reviews and performance tracking.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration - Work with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product to develop joint solutions and support partner generated opportunities.
  • Performance and Reporting - Track KPIs and provide regular partnership performance updates to leadership.
