About The Position

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. We’re seeking a Strategic Alliance Manager, GSI to build, activate, and scale Vanta’s relationships with the world’s leading GSIs, including Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, and EY. This is a foundational individual contributor role responsible for establishing and executing Vanta’s GSI strategy in NAMER; laying the groundwork for a scalable, revenue-generating alliance program that aligns Vanta’s platform with the cybersecurity, compliance, and managed services capabilities of our GSI partners. The ideal candidate will combine strategic partnership acumen, enterprise relationship management, and operational execution to drive influence and eventually sourced revenue through trusted global partnerships. You’ll have the opportunity to build a GSI ecosystem from the ground up, shape Vanta’s global alliances strategy, and directly influence how the world’s most trusted advisors bring Vanta to their enterprise customers. This is a rare chance to make a foundational impact at the intersection of cybersecurity, compliance, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, global partnerships, or GSI engagement—ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS, or directly from a GSI.
  • Proven success navigating and influencing large, matrixed organizations like Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, and EY.
  • Track record of building high-impact partnerships that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue results.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills—able to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executive teams.
  • Strong communicator with executive presence and a bias for action in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen executive relationships with leaders across strategic alliance partners (such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, etc) to establish trusted, long-term collaboration.
  • Integrate Vanta’s solutions into partner go-to-market (GTM) programs and ecosystem initiatives to expand reach and relevance across key markets.
  • Lead joint strategy and value workshops to align Vanta’s Compliance, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and AI capabilities with partner service offerings.
  • Identify and activate joint customer opportunities that demonstrate the combined value of Vanta and its partners across enterprise verticals.
  • Enable partner success by training alliance teams, solution architects, and sellers to position Vanta’s products effectively.
  • Scale repeatable GTM motions through co-branded content, thought leadership, events, and vertical-specific plays that drive joint pipeline growth.
  • Expand Vanta’s presence globally by deepening partnerships and entering new regions and industries based on early wins.
  • Deliver measurable impact by driving partnership-generated revenue and supporting Vanta’s broader enterprise growth objectives.

Benefits

  • Industry-competitive compensation
  • 100% covered medical, dental, and vision benefits with dependents coverage
  • 16 weeks fully-paid parental Leave for all new parents
  • Health & wellness and remote workplace stipends
  • Family planning benefits through Carrot Fertility
  • 401(k) matching
  • Flexible work hours and location
  • Open PTO policy
  • 11 paid holidays in the US
  • Offices in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, and Sydney
