We build AI-powered solutions that help Internet Service Providers and Smart Home companies solve connectivity and WiFi problems, before the subscriber ever needs to call. Our customers already benefit from our SaaS solutions today and we aim to magnify that value by building autonomous agents into our solutions. As we continue to advance our AI solutions, we are looking for a Strategic Advisor, focused on IVR/ Conversational AI Ecosystem. If you have deep experience in the IVR, contact center, or conversational AI ecosystem and want a high-impact advisory role with a path to a board seat, we would welcome a conversation. Role Overview RouteThis is looking for a hands-on Strategic Advisor to help accelerate RAVA, our AI voice support solution for broadband and connected home support. This is not a passive advisor role. We want someone who can actively help us shape ecosystem strategy, open the right doors, refine our partner pitch, and build internal champions inside key organizations. This role starts as a structured advisory mandate with clear outcomes and can evolve into a formal board seat over time based on fit and impact.

Requirements

Deep experience in the IVR, contact center, or conversational AI ecosystem

Responsibilities

Shape partner strategy across IVR / CCaaS platforms, systems integrators, BPOs, and adjacent conversational AI players
Open executive relationships and help us get into the right partner conversations faster
Refine positioning and messaging so RAVA lands with the right audiences
Build strategic momentum that strengthens RouteThis’ long-term position in the ecosystem
