The Strategic Accounts Intern will assist Strategic Account Managers.
Requirements
Master degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Data Science, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, International Business, or similar field required.
Strong desire to learn and understand telecom technology services and products.
Flexibility to work seamlessly with global sales and support teams in different time zones
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; verbally, written, face-to-face and over the phone with customer, partners and all levels of staff and management in both Mandarin and English required.
Impressive proposal writing skills and presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM database tools
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to support Strategic Sales Team.
Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Fluency in Chinese and English.
Responsibilities
Assisting sales to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Help sales update opportunities, leads, orders and customer records in the company database (CRM).
Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history including identifying alternate means for filling orders and notifying managers and customers.
Assist Account Managers with any credit claims, customer billing disputes, investigations, and outage issues.
Help track and adjust revenue in BSS for any IDC dark fiber orders that have been escalated for non-standard products and revenue adjustment.
Assist with billing reconciliation.
Assist preparing financial reports requested by sales management.
