The Compliance Intern position is a part of our Roblox 12-week summer internship program located in San Mateo, CA. As a Strategic Accounts, Compliance Intern, you will work alongside the Compliance Pod under Strategic Accounts team, Developer Relations, and be at the front lines of a major platform-wide safety product rollout, supporting top creators as they navigate new safety policies and tools. Our mission is to ensure that while we make the platform safer, our creators feel heard, supported, and informed.

Requirements

  • Pursuing an undergraduate/graduate degree, preferably in Communications, Public Policy, Game Design, Computer Science or related focus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and strong verbal/written communication skills.
  • Passionate about Roblox and our developer communities, and excited to build and foster relationships and networks.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in community management or project management is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support developer outreach and content management
  • Support content calendar, communications, coordination, and scheduling with creators.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for creator inquiries, ensuring timely and empathetic responses.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally working closely with Trust & Safety, Moderation Operation teams, Policy, Legal, and Marketing.
  • Collect feedback from creators, identifying recurring "pain points" and trends to share with internal stakeholders.
  • Help triage and track high-priority compliance escalations, ensuring they are routed to the right internal stakeholders for quick resolution.
