Strategic Account Manager Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week (Tuesday/Thursday preferred), fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for the growth and retention of existing accounts to include upsells to a higher level of products/services based on business size and scope. Acts as a resource to team members and may assist with on-boarding of new sales associates. This position is represented by Local 153 and is covered by the terms and condition of the collective bargaining agreement.
