Requirements

  • Proven experience (12+ years) in client-facing roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong account planning skills.
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management, account growth, and solution selling.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple client relationships.
  • Display sales excellence and mastery of KPIs with the ability to forecast business trends.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the partner and clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client industries, trends, and market dynamics to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions.
  • Protect and maintain existing MRR.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth within existing client portfolios.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, proposals, and presentations that align with client objectives.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to address client needs.
