About The Position

A performance-driven digital marketing agency is hiring a Client-Facing Account Strategist to own and grow relationships with eCommerce brands. This role is centered on owning client success at a strategic level β€” leading performance conversations, guiding full-funnel direction, and keeping internal teams aligned around the right priorities. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, translating performance data into clear insights and next steps for clients, while ensuring internal execution stays focused and effective. This is a remote, contractor role, paid in USD, with compensation based on experience and scope. This agency partners with ambitious eCommerce brands to drive growth through creative strategy, paid media, and conversion rate optimization. Their approach blends strategic thinking, sharp creative, and disciplined execution β€” with a strong focus on clarity, ownership, and measurable results. The team is fully remote and globally distributed, working closely with U.S.-based clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing account, strategy, or growth role (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Advanced or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals
  • Experience working with eCommerce metrics (ROAS, AOV, LTV, CAC)
  • Excellent communication β€” clear, professional, and client-ready
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and ownership

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary client contact for assigned accounts, leading communication in English
  • Run bi-weekly client strategy calls, clearly explaining performance, insights, and recommendations
  • Review account performance to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
  • Help guide full-funnel strategy in collaboration with paid media, CRO, creative, and SEO teams
  • Translate client goals and feedback into clear, actionable internal direction
  • Keep priorities, action items, and strategic initiatives organized and moving forward
  • Proactively highlight wins, insights, and impact to reinforce client confidence and retention
  • Support onboarding and new account transitions when needed
