In this Strategic Account Manager role your responsibilities & activities will include: Supports strategic direction, objectives, and tactics for sales to achieve targeted objectives of the organization. Meet or exceed new business development goals. Meet or exceed current customer business development goals. Prepares Quarterly and Annual sales forecasts for specific territory. Report regularly to Director of Sales to review sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers. Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer’s prospective needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services. Prepares forms and sales contracts as directed. Participates in trade shows and conventions as required. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of consultative, solutions based selling experience (preferably plastics packaging industry)
  • Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
  • Previous cold calling experience

Responsibilities
