About this role: We’re on the lookout for a driven and strategic Account Manager to join the JET Go Team in Spain, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of on-demand delivery services. Sitting within our Strategic Accounts Team, this position is focused on building and nurturing partnerships with brands using our Delivery-as-a-Service (DaaS) solution. You’ll be central to onboarding new partners, optimizing operations, and enabling business growth — all while positioning JET Go as the leading DaaS platform in Spain.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish and English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Managing relationships with key brand partners using JET’s DaaS solution, ensuring long-term satisfaction and performance.
  • Onboarding new partners by identifying, evaluating, and integrating brands that align with JET Go’s strategic growth goals.
  • Collaborating with partners to develop and implement efficient operating procedures tailored to their business needs.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance and uncovering opportunities to drive partner growth and expansion.
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams — including Operations, Product, Marketing, and Support — to deliver a seamless partner experience.
  • Monitoring partner performance through data analysis and applying insights to improve operations and results continuously.
