About The Position

This role is pivotal in driving growth and deepening customer relationships at strategic accounts. It requires a blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, collaborative teamwork, and proactive engagement with both customers and internal stakeholders. The Strategic Account Manager acts as a key facilitator of solutions, innovation, and continuous improvement within Regal Rexnord’s sales function. This role is focused on driving multi-channel share gain strategies at our Strategic End User customers in the Beverage industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5-10 years of commercial / technical sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute sales initiatives and strategies through influence in a team-selling environment
  • Ability to travel 50%+ to customers, trade shows, and internal meetings where needed
  • Strong technical understanding of products and customer applications in the Beverage industry

Responsibilities

  • Deliver budgeted growth at assigned accounts
  • Develop and maintain a Strategic Account Management Plan (SAMP) for each assigned account and utilize Salesforce CRM to coordinate tactical actions across the sales organization, driving an increase in RRX market share
  • Understand customer strategic initiatives and align Regal Rexnord AIP priorities to deliver customer‑relevant solutions
  • Collaborate with OEM team counterparts driving specification for Regal Rexnord products
  • Communicate, implement and monitor all account initiatives and programs to ensure alignment of Regal Rexnord sales, marketing and operations driving collaboration and teamwork across functions to achieve results
  • Provide VOC / VOS on Regal Rexnord product portfolio gaps to promote customer-need focused New Product Development ideas and serve as industry expert and sales liaison within Regal Rexnord
