About The Position

We are looking for a strategic account manager dedicated to the Americas market. This is a pivotal role that will be responsible for closing new business and driving expansion in existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in a SaaS sales team within a software company, with an understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Experience working very closely with Marketing and Product
  • Strong empathy for customers AND a passion for revenue and growth
  • Strong proficiency in English

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a fast-growth tech start-up
  • Knowledge of the Short Term Rental (STR)/Hospitality markets

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are achieved in the Americas.
  • Take ownership of the client engagement and sales process, effectively converting inbound and outbound leads with product demonstrations and proactively building the sales pipeline for the Americas.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline for your territory, utilizing CRM tools and data analysis to identify trends, forecast accurately, and make data-driven decisions to drive growth.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders to facilitate long-term business growth and expansion.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies accordingly and identify new opportunities.
