Danfoss Power Solutions is looking for a Strategic Account Leader (SAL) to spearhead our partnership and growth initiatives with Applied Industrial Technologies (AIT) within the U.S. aftermarket and MRO sectors. This pivotal role focuses on accelerating revenue growth, deepening executive-level relationships, and fostering collaboration between Danfoss and AIT Service Centers to ensure a smooth and exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic visionary, skilled relationship builder, and proactive change agent who excels in a matrixed environment and is driven to expand the aftermarket business. This is a remote position requiring approximately 25% travel. The base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience.
