Responsibilities

  • Source new business opportunities in Technology Staffing and Solutions through a variety of strategic and tactical sales activities
  • Build, expand, and maintain a high-impact professional network to uncover and develop new opportunities
  • Qualify prospective clients through effective discovery, needs assessment, and solution alignment
  • Deliver compelling, consultative messaging that addresses client objections and overcomes obstacles
  • Negotiate, draft, and manage profitable client contract agreements that meet business and client objectives
  • Leverage industry expertise and market insight to help clients solve complex business challenges
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the job fulfillment and delivery process effectively
  • Ensure long-term client satisfaction through proactive relationship management and continuous value delivery
