About The Position

Schneider Electric is seeking a motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Executive – GPUaaS/Neocloud, NAM to support strategic sales efforts in a new Cloud & Service Provider vertical. This role will focus on driving customer engagement, managing complex sales engagements, and delivering innovative solutions across the Schneider Electric offer set. The successful candidate will represent Schneider Electric’s portfolio, build strong relationships, and contribute to revenue growth and share of wallet expansion in the assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in data center infrastructure or related industries.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with power and thermal solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and expand Schneider Electric’s presence in strategic accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Develop, manage and implement a business plan for each account and its key supply chain/ecosystem.
  • Utilize sales tools (Salesforce, Strategic Account Plan Tool - OnePlan, etc.) to maintain accurate forecasts and enhance customer experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across Schneider Electric’s solutions portfolio.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity to position Schneider Electric effectively.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, and account plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance) to ensure smooth execution of deals.
  • Present solutions and value propositions to customers at various organizational levels.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and aligning Schneider Electric’s offerings.
  • Collaborate and engage with Global counterparts to ensure exceptional customer experience.
